Nakonec to dopadlo tak, \u017ee partner mi \u0159ekl, \u017ee u\u017e m\u00e1 \u0161patn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti se spl\u00e1cen\u00edm. \u017de m\u011bl opravdu velik\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Opravdu si nedok\u00e1\u017ei p\u0159edstavit, kdybychom ho museli cel\u00fd zbytek \u017eivota bydlet v n\u011bjak\u00e9m n\u00e1jmu? To by se mi absolutn\u011b nel\u00edbilo. Tak jsem partnerovi dala na v\u00fdb\u011br bu\u010f americk\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka bez registru a nebo se rozejdeme.Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee jsem to nemyslela tak \u00fapln\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u011b. Ale jinak jsem nev\u011bd\u011bla, jak p\u0159\u00edtele p\u0159emluv\u00edm k tomu, abychom si vzali hypot\u00e9ku, v\u017edy\u0165 se to vyplat\u00ed i na internetu najdete spoustu odkaz\u016f a tip\u016f, kde se\u017eenete nejlep\u0161\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku, a\u0165 u\u017e nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku nebo tak\u00e9 americkou hypot\u00e9ku, kter\u00e1 je v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b velice obl\u00edben\u00e1. Kdy\u017e potom n\u00e1m hypot\u00e9ku schv\u00e1lili, te\u010f jsem byla opravdu velice nad\u0161en\u00e1. Partner nakonec tak\u00e9, i kdy\u017e m\u011bl ze za\u010d\u00e1tku velik\u00e9 obavy, nakonec to ale v\u0161echno dopadlo skv\u011ble a kone\u010dn\u011b m\u00e1me mal\u00fd byt, jak\u00fd jsme si p\u0159\u00e1li. Nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ka bez registru je hodn\u011b \u017e\u00e1dan\u00e1 a j\u00e1 se tomu nediv\u00edm. M\u00e1 plno spokojen\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f a mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee tento trend jenom poroste.
